Full Job Description:

Duties:
– Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping, and receiving.
– Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
– Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
– Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
– Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting.

Skills:
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
– Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and warehouse operations effectively.
– Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients.
– Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse environment.
