What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
The role involves assessing areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operations. You will determine the necessary resources and skill sets required to meet business objectives while supporting and managing account operations and activities. Additionally, you’ll work closely with new hires to ensure they have all the tools necessary to succeed in their roles. A key responsibility will also include performing loading and unloading of trailers as part of daily tasks.
Requirements:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in coaching and leading a team
- Knowledge of warehousing processes, including shipping/receiving
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking
- Time management, delegating, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to reach, push/pull, and lift heavy objects, and stand/walk for long periods
