What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
Manage and execute the company’s full content production operations across multiple platforms. This position blends hands-on creative work with cross-departmental collaboration to produce consistent, brand-aligned content that supports company messaging, safety programs, internal communication, recruiting, and external brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design internal and external marketing materials,
including flyers, presentations, event collateral, and other branded
assets to support company-wide initiatives - Plan, film, edit, and produce photo and video content
for internal and external use. - Collaborate with safety, HR, operations, and
leadership to develop effective training materials, company-wide
communications, and marketing content. - Manage ongoing projects including safety video
production, social media content, newsletters, internal displays,
corporate events, and special projects. - Maintain content libraries, project files, and
organized production systems. - Oversee content creation from concept through final
delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality. - Serve as the lead on OSHA-compliant safety training
video development. - Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
(animation, AI voiceover, specialty production). - Operate video, audio, drone, and photo equipment as
needed for production. - Manage internal displays and corporate communications
platforms (including cafeteria TV loops, employee updates, etc.).
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles with the ability to create internal and external marketing materials that align with brand standards.
- Strong experience in video production, photography, and creative content development.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with OSHA training standards is a plus (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience filming interviews, safety training videos, and producing corporate messaging content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working cross-departmentally.
- Strong attention to detail in both creative quality and file organization.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Experience in logistics or industrial environments.
- Animation or motion graphics experience.
- Drone experience (FAA Part 107 certification a plus).
- OSHA training background.
Must be able to reach, push/pull, and lift heavy objects, and stand/walk for long periods
