At Moran Logistics, our people are the driving force behind our success. We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our warehouse customer service operations across three South Central Pennsylvania locations.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead, train, and mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives

  • Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and development

  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and deliver exceptional service

  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Maintain customer records, documentation, and service standards

  • Utilize Warehouse Management Software to support daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Develop and maintain SOPs to support training and operational excellence

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or operations support within logistics, 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations and building long-term client relationships.
