We are currently seeking individuals to join our customer service department as full time Customer Service Representatives. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will perform duties such as responding to customer inquiries via email and phone call, use our online Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage warehouse shipping and receiving functions and various miscellaneous tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process orders by fulfilling customer requests related to shipping and receiving services offered by Moran Logistics.
- Effectively and efficiently operate the online Moran Logistics Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist in hands-on warehouse projects – including inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Organize work area for orderliness at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks
Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. - Research and correct transaction errors related to shipping and receiving of customer product
Inventory and cycle count adjustments into the Warehouse Management System. - Check truck drivers in and out.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies.
- Work closely with the operations team, drivers and customers in a fast paced office.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Focused on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Computer skills of at least basic Microsoft (outlook, excel, word) experience.
- Flexible with possible overtime/weekends
