Job Description: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless and efficient inbound receipt, storage, and outbound shipment of goods. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all warehouse personnel and the daily operations of the warehouse

· Adopt, implement and reinforce a “Whatever It Takes” mindset across the warehouse operation amongst all staff members

· Work closely with customers and fellow Moran employees to ensure customer service excellence for every process

· Participate in employee recruitment, interviewing, training, onboarding, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations and coaching sessions with warehouse staff members.

· Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and integrity of all customer inventory

· Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and company specific regulations

· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and Standard operating procedures.

· Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and upper management as needed.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance

· Mentor and develop supervisors, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

· Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable role.

· Strong forklift operation skills and active forklift training certifications

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

· Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in online warehouse management software and MS Office.

· Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
